A book may teach a durable principle while current official documentation establishes today’s API, platform behavior, specification, regulation, or implementation.

Search ranking is not authority. Unverified information is labeled Verification Required, never presented as established fact.

Prioritize SEC, FINRA, CFTC, Federal Reserve, exchange documentation, issuer filings, official economic data, and peer-reviewed research. Distinguish historical data, analysis, simulation, opinion, and current market information. Never promise guaranteed returns.
Jurisdiction and date matter
Record jurisdiction, regulatory authority, rule or regulation, effective date, source, and last verified. Do not present superseded regulations as current or educational material as individualized legal advice.
Foundations + implementation
Use Library books for durable concepts and current official software, hardware, robotics, AI, electronics, and engineering documentation whenever implementation details matter.
