Course overview

Design bounded motion profiles,verify encoder feedback,tune virtual servo axes and diagnose following error,homing,limits and coordinated motion.

Prerequisites

Required: AUT-DFC-C03 or equivalent. Recommended: AUT-PID-C04,AUT-PLC-C02,AUT-IIO-C01 and Electrical Course07. No hardware or industrial software license.

Integrated project

Design and validate a virtual motion system.

Classes are available to verified students with active membership. Reserved answers require reviewer authorization. No hardware required; educational simulation, no safety certification or real machinery control.
